Memorial Service for New York Soldier

YAVAROV COMBAT TRAINING CENTER, Ukraine--Leaders render honors during a memorial service honoring Specialist Joseph Nelk a New York Army National Guard Soldier who died of apparent natural causes while on Dec. 10 2017 while serving as part of the Joint Military Training Group- Ukraine at the Yavarov Combat Training Center Ukraine. The memorial ceremony was conducted on Dec. 12 2017 and included Soldiers from the United States Canada Ukraine Great Britain Lithuania and Ukraine.
