WEST POINT-- Spc. Ilya Titov an infantryman assigned to Company A 1-69th Infantry Regiment New York Army National Guard completes the 12-mile ruck march portion of the Region 1 Best Warrior Competition at West Point N.Y. May 19 2018. Titov and Sgt. Quentin Davis, also a member of the 1st Battalion 69th Infantry won the regional Best Warrior event.
