109th Pilot makes "final flight" after 33 years

SCOTIA--Family members spray New York Air National Guard Lt. Col. David Panzera down with a hose following his list flight as a military pilot with the 109th Airlift Wing at Stratton Air National Guard Base in Scotia N.Y. on Tuesday July 17th 2018. Panzer is retiring after 33 years of service.
