Airmen of the 107th Civil Engineering Squadron of the 107th Attack Wing of the New York National Guard watch as carriers holding eggs hit the ground during a team building exercise on Aug. 12, 2018 . The 107th CES has recently started holding monthly challenges during their monthly drill to break up their normal routine and to bring Airmen together who dont commonly work together.
