Arthur in Albany Rural Cemetery in Menands, N.Y. on October 5, 2018. Representatives of the United States Armed Forces present a wreath from the current president at the gravesite of past presidents on their birthdays. Arthur, the 21st President of the United States, was born on Oct. 5, 1829.
