Boss lift introduces employers to Camp Smith

CAMP SMITH-- Jessica Tham the owner of Tham Home Garden on Long Island tries to decipher the mystery of the MRE during a boss lift to Camp Smith Training Site in Cortlandt Manor N.Y. on Monday Sept. 16 2019. Twenty employers from the Albany N.Y. area and Long Island visited Camp Smith Training Site to get a first hand look at New York Army National Guard training including using electronic simulators and firing the M-4 and M-9 as part of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve program.
