STRATTON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE N.Y-- Members of the 109th Airlift Wing roll out with humvees and debris cleaing equipment in support of the flodding in upstate New York. Over 200 members of the New York National Guard will recieve missions this morning and work the day across Herkimer County focusing on debris removal . General purpose members could be allocaed almost anywhere the damage is most severe .
