April 1 2020 is officially Census Day. Residents across the country should have already received a questionnaire in the mail. You can fill in the attached form and mail it back or go on line and answer the questions in ten minutes. Major General Ray Shields, the Adjutant General of New York, is urging all members of the New York National Guard to make time to complete the census.
