NEW YORK-- Asian-American service members stationed at Javits New York Medical Station at the Javits Convention Center speak to Chinese language reporters (World Journal Sinovision & Tsing Tao) on April 21 2020. The service members Lt. Commander Tiensi Ho Commader Michael Liao 1st Lieutenant Liu Zhao Kai and Chief Warrant Officer 3 Lester Chang a member of the New York Naval Militia ( right) explained the purpose of station the Unified Command and their experiences in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
