KUWAIT-- Soldiers of the New York Army National Guard's 42nd Infantry Division, providing mission command of the Army's Task Force Spartan Shield in the Middle East, conduct a Mobile Command Post Exercise on April 27, 2020. 650 members of the 42nd Infantry Division headquarters deployed to the region earlier this year.
The Commander of Task Force Spartan Shield, Major General Steven Ferrari, visited his Soldiers and Staff during their recent Mobile Command Post Exercise. The General's visit allowed for a showcase of the Mobile Command Post and the Soldiers that helped set it up.
