CLIFTON PARK--Allan Atwell, a World War II Army veteran who participated in the Battle of the Bulge, presents Brigadier General John Andonie, the Director of the Join Staff for the New York National Guard, a coin. Allan Atwell was honored on his 95th birthday by family, friends, neighbors, local leaders, and first responders at his residence in Clifton Park, NY on August 2nd , 2020. A New York Army National Guard contingent, led by Andonie took part in the event.
