LATHAM-- Radio technicians from the New York State Office of Interoperable and Emergency Communictions a part of the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Serivices load emergency and first responder channels into a New York Army National Guard UH-60 at the Army Aviation Support Facility in Latham New York on Sept. 30 2020. Teams from the office have uploaded emergency response frequencies into all New York Army National Guard helicopters in order to enable aircrew members to talk to responders on the ground more easily.
