FORT DRUM, New York --2nd Lt. Lasheema Rose, a human resources officer assigned to the Headquarters and Headquarters Company of the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, engages targets with her M4 carbine during individual weapons qualification at Fort Drum, New York, November 7. Rose and her unit conducted the Army's new combat-focused individual weapons qualification in order to maintain readiness.
