Richard Spinella, an infantryman assigned to the New York Army National Guard's 2nd Battalion, 108th Infantry Regiment sniper section, adjusts the zoom of a scope on the XM2010 Enhanced Sniper Rifle during marksmanship training at Fort Drum, New York on July 16. Spinella is one of three Soldiers in the section preparing for sniper school at the National Guard Marksmanship Training Center in Camp Robinson, Arkansas this year.
