DJIBOUTI--New York Army National Guard Staff Sgt. Georges Fontaine a member of Delta Company 1st Battalion 69th Infantry Regiment stands in formation with other members of Task Force Wolfhound after receiving his combat patch during a ceremony held at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. A Soldier earns the right to wear a patch on his right shoulder designating service with a unit in a combat zone after 30 days of deployment time. Task Force Wolfhound is providing security at Camp Lemonnier and other locations in East Africa.
