NEW YORK-- Major General Ray Shields, the adjutant general of New York is joined by members of Joint Task Force Empire Shield as he rings the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange in New York on January 5, the first day of trading in 2026. The New York Stock exchange TV station also interviewed Shields as the exchange saluted the New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs and the New York National Guard.
