CHARLESTOWN, RHODE ISLAND --New York Army National Guard Staff Sgt. Derek Tucker assigned to the 105th Military Police Company waits on the range in Charlestown Rhode Island during the Region 1 Best Warrior Competition on June10 2026. Soldiers from across New England and New York took part in the competition. Tucker and Spc. Trevor Lock, who is also assigned to the 105th MP Company, represented the New York Army Guard during the regional competition.
