NEW YORK--New York Army National Guard Col. Jeffrey Roth the commander of the 42nd Division Artillery receives the units colors from Maj. Gen. Ray Shields the adjutant general of New York during change of command ceremonies conducted at the Jamaica Armory in New York N.Y. Mar. 22 2026. This ceremony marked the changing of command from Col. Marc Lindemann to Roth presided over by Gen. Shields. Lindemann also retired from military service at the close of the ceremony.
