As of July 1, 2022, the NY National Guard is no longer be scheduling appointments for COVID-19 vaccinations.

To receive a COVID-19 vaccination/booster:

Contact your nearest Military Treatment Facility
Talk to your Primary Healthcare Provider
Visit the New York State COVID-19 Vaccine website to locate a vaccination site
