Taluto is on a week-long trip to Afghanistan, along with New York National Guard Command Sgt. Major Robert Van Pelt to met with New York Army National Guard Soldiers operating there.
Hough is assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company 27th Brigade Combat Team, Combined Joint Task Force Phoenix VII.
