New York Army National Guard Spc. Jin Hui Jiang hands Richard Crogan his pay during a mission readiness exercise at Fort McCoy, Wis. Jiang is a cashier with the 27th Finance Battalion Headquarters Company from Whitestone, N.Y. The unit is mobilized to support Operation Iraqi Freedom and expects to deploy overseas to Kuwait in early November. Crogan is a �civilian on the battlefield� role-player employee at Fort McCoy.
