NEWBURGH, N.Y. - In the spirit of the season; SMSgt John Ramos, Mrs. Jeanne Dion, and Tech. Sgt. Ray Lucca load a pickup truck with donated gifts and food. The women and men of the 105th Airlift Wing, Stewart Air National Guard Base, raised over $7,500 in support of community charities this holiday. Stewart Air National Guardsmen adopted 24 Orange County families identified by local not for profit groups as requiring special assistance. Their goal: help their anonymous families' along the way to a joyous holiday season. In addition to gift donations, Air Guard personnel also operated a successful food drive in support of several community pantries.
