Walt Lippincott, the Director of Joint Staff for Connecticut's Joint Forces Headquarters during a visit to the New York JOC on Monday, Jan. 26.
The officers from Conneticut, and other officers from Massachusetts visited the New York JOC to find good ideas they could employ in designing a JOC for their states.
