LATHAM - Staff Sergeant Edward Rivette, a mechanic at Army Aviation Support Facility #3 in Latham conducts a pre-check of a video transfer station that recieves video transmissions via a video camera attached to the underside of one of New Yorks's OH-58A helicopters.
The OH-58A will be used during an upcoming Vigilant Guard exercise that will incorporate civil authority support alongside National Guard assets.
