LATHAM--New York Army National Guard Lt. Col. Deborah Foley ( left) commander of the New York Army National Guard's 56th Personal Services Battalion and 1st Sgt. The battalion is no longer required in the New York Army National Guard structure. The 300 Soldiers of the battlion have been reassigned to other commands.
