Adjutant General Initials New Technican Contract

LATHAM--Major General Joseph Taluto, the Adjutant General, initials the new contract between the New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs and the New York State Association of Civilian Technicans, the union that represents federal employees of the New York National Guard on Thursday, July 30, as union state chairman Craig Solo looks on.
The three-year contract covers 2,047 technicians who work for the New York Army and Air National Guard while also being members of the force.
The New York National Guard has the third largest technician workforce in the United States.
