GOWANDA--Gov. David Paterson holds a press conference at Gowanda Middle School on Wednesday, Aug. 12 to announce the mobilization of the New York Army National Guard?s 152nd Engineer Support Company to support flood recovery efforts in the area following flash flooding on Sunday, August 9.
