NIAGARA FALLS RESERVE AIR FORCE BASE, Niagara Falls, NY � General Craig R. McKinley, Chief of the National Guard Bureau, accompanied by Maj. Gen. Joseph Taluto, New York State Adjutant General, greets Col. Michael Bobeck, commander, 42nd Combat Aviation Brigade, during a visit to the Soldiers of the 42nd CAB on Nov. 4 during the Vigilant Guard exercise.
The 42nd CAB tested newly acquired field equipment such as a BASEX tent while conducting routine field operations.
