Rainbow Division Soldiers Celebrate Guard Birthday

CAMP CHITOSE, HOKKAIDO, JAPAN -- New York Army National Guard Brig. Gen. Steven Wickstrom (left) and division Soldier Pfc. Callie Haynes cut a cake to celebrate the 373rd Birthday of the National Guard during Yama Sakura 57 bilateral command post training exercise with members of the Japan Ground Self Defense Forces.
