LATHAM - Soldiers of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 42nd Combat Aviation Brigade, prepare to do some cold weather weapons familiarization at nearby Guilderland rifle range by using the 'Beam-Hit' system set up on the drill shed floor.
The system simulates a timed target acquisition with small pop-up targets that register a hit when the beam strikes the bulls-eye.
