ROME, NY--Command Chief Master Sgt. W. Allen Usry, command senior enlisted leader for NORAD (the North American Aerospace Command) and U.S. Northern Command, and Senior Airman Heather Price, anEastern Air Defense Sector Tracking Technician and the EADS Airman of the Year for 2009, cut the cake during the unit's Annual Awards Banquet Jan. 15.
