NEW YORK -- New York Army National Guard Soldiers from Joint Task Force Empire Shield conduct Subway Evacuation Training at the MTA (Metropolitan Transit Authority) Training facility in Brooklyn March 4. The training facility on Coney Island provides first responders and now National Guard personnel familiarity with emergency procedures and response for assisting the MTA.
