LATHAM - Lieutenant Colonel Mark Slusar (left) transfers the 3rd Battalion, 142nd Aviation Battalion's colors to Command Sgt. Maj. Jorge Vasquez, the incoming Command Sergeant Major for the 142nd in a change of command ceremony on Sunday morning, April 11 on the drill shed floor in Latham. Vasquez replaced the long-time battalion Command Sergeant Major Christopher Imbarrato, who deployed with the 142nd in 2008-09.
