CAMP SMITH--Major Mark Michels delivers last minute instructions to PFC Andrew Allen, a member of the 153rd Troop Command, during rappelling training on June 5.The Soldiers were participating in a pre Air-Assault course for the weekend.
Michels, also a member of the 153rd Troop Command, was the OIC of the course.
