STRATTON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE--Col. Timothy LaBarge accepts the colors of the 109th Airlift Wing from Brig. Gen. Patrick Murphy, the Adjutant General, during change of command ceremonies held at the base on Saturday, June 12.
LaBarge took over from Col. Anthony German who was promoted to Brig. Gen. on Sunday. June 13 and is now taking on the duties of Assistant Adjutant General for Air.
