ALBANY--Chief Warrant Officer Mark Klimes leads the 42nd Infantry Division (Rainbow) Band in the service medley during a performance on the Concourse of the Empire State Plaza on Monday July 19.
The Rainbow Division Band is on a tour across the state as part of it s Annual Training program.
