CROWN POINT-- A New York Naval Milita patrol boat monitors boat traffic moving through the construction site where a new bridge linking New York and Vermont is being constructed on Saturday, Aug. 21.
The New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs provided the boat at the request of the United States Coast Guard which is enforcing a special navigation zone during the construction of the new bridge
