LATHAM--Chief Warrant Officer 5 Charles Rodda speaks to members of the Albany press corps about his experiences providing relief to the victims of Hurricane Katrina during a Thursday, June 26 pres briefing at Army Aviation Support Facility 3 here.
New York Army National Guard aviators, along with members of the 109th Airlift Wing, talked about their experiences as the fifth anniversary of the hurricane approaches.
Other Army National Guard aviators did the same thing at press events in Rochester and Ronkonkoma.
