Westhampton Beach-- Local officials, leaders and members of the New York Air National Guard’s 106th Rescue Wing cut the ribbon formally opening the Wing’s new 38,000 square foot building housing the "Guardian Angels" pararescue teams on Sunday, Sept. 12.
