CAMP SMITH TRAINING SITE, Cortlandt Manor-- Area emergency responders work on a Soldier simulating a car accident victim during an emergency preparedness drill conducted here on Saturday, Oct. 23.
The exercise involved personnel from Camp Smith Training Site, 106th Regional Training Institute, The 727 MP Co. Force Protection personnel from Task Force Empire Shield, the Peekskill Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Continental Village Fire Department, Lifenet of NY, the Peekskill Office of Emergency Management and Garrison Ambulance Corps.
The exercise tested the ability of Camp Smith personnel to work with local first responders.
