WEST POINT--Brig. Gen. Steven Wickstrom, Commanding General of the 42nd Infantry Division, addresses members of the Rainbow Division Veteran’s Memorial Foundation, Soldiers of the Division and West Point Cadets after laying the Division’s "Rainbow" wreath at the Gen. Douglas MacArthur Memorial here Nov. 12, 2010. Wickstrom and retired Command Sgt. Major Martin Allen placed the wreath during the time-honored tradition that paid tribute to one of America’s most historic military leaders.
