WEST POINT-- A New York Guard Honor Guard prepares to open the festivities on Saturday, Dec. 4 at the state volunteer defense force’s annual Holiday Dinner. The New York Guard is an all-volunteer force that augments and assists the New York Army and Air National Guard at the direction of the Adjutant General.
