Helicopter Sling Load Training In Central New York

ORISKANY--New York Army National Guard Soldiers hook cargo to a hovering UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter during sling-load operations training at the New York State Preparedness Training Center in Oriskany, N.Y. on March 18.
The 2nd Battalion 108th Infantry conducted sling-load and air assault training here in conjunction with the 3rd Battalion 142nd Aviation to prepare for its 2012 deployment to Afghanistan.
