HANCOCK FIELD AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE--Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and Col. Kevin Bradley, Commander of the New York Air National Guard’s 174the Fighter Wing, field questions from the Syracuse-area press following a visit to the base by Gillibrand on March 25. The Senator received a briefing on the MQ-9 Reaper remotely piloted aircraft and got a first hand look at operations.
