Review Caps New York Guard Training

CAMP SMITH--New York Guard Commander Maj. Gen. Fergal Foley and New York Army National Guard Brig. Gen. Renwick Payne, Director of Joint Staff for the New York State Department of Military and Naval Affairs, salute soldiers during the review of troops at the closing ceremony for the New York Guard Annual Training, here, June 23.
The ceremony closed out a week long training period, where the group of all volunteer soldiers conducted various exercises and qualifications to enrich their skills in augmenting and supporting National Guard assets in the state of New York.
