ROCHESTER-- Members of the New York Naval Militia tie up Naval Militia Patrol Boat 281 during boat handling training on the Genesee River on Tuesday August 2. The Naval Militia’s Military Emergency Boat Service operates nine boats on bodies of water across the state to assist local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
