PRATTSVILLE - New York Army National Guard Sgt. 1st Class Frank Rizzi from the 101st Enhanced Signal Battalion briefs volunteers before heading out for cleanup missions in Prattsville, N.Y. Sep. 4. Some 200 volunteers were supported by the National Guard at this one site as part of Governor Andrew Cuomo’s "Labor for your Neighbor" Labor Day Weekend service initiative.
