NEW YORK, N.Y.--Soldiers from the New York Army National Guard joint with Soldiers of the Army Reserve and the New Jersey National Guard to put in place on of 3,000 American Flags placed in Battery Park at the tip of Manhattan on Sept. 7 to commemorate the Americans killed in the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
