EASTERN AIR DEFENSE SECTOR, Rome--Col. Dawne Deskins, the deputy commander of the Eastern Air Defense Sector, briefs Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand during her tour of the unit on Friday, Oct. 21. Brig. Gen.
