EASTERN AIR DEFENSE SECTOR, Rome--Col. Dawne Deskins, the deputy commander of the Eastern Air Defense Sector, briefs Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand during her tour of the unit on Friday, Oct. 21. Brig. Gen. Anthony P. German, Chief of Staff New York Air National Guard, and Col. John Bartholf, EADS Commander, are pictured to Gillibrand&rsquot;s right.
