Avaition Support Battalion Changes Command

Norcutt, who took command in 2008, is an Iraq War veteran and former Deputy Director of Aviation and Safety for Joint Force Headquarters-NY.
James is a West Point graduate who has held leadership roles in the 142nd Assault Helicopter Battalion and 42nd Combat Aviation Brigade. He started his aviation career as a pilot with the 25th Infantry Division.
